Please note we do not send free return/exchange labels unless our party was at fault. Items must be in new condition, with original tags attached, unworn/unwashed and clean of any pet hair. If they do not meet all requirements, items will be sent back.
Please include a note on packing slip stating if the item is being returned for REFUND or EXCHANGE.
