What we can and can’t match
In short. The full policy below is what applies.
We can match
- Same item (EXACT)Identical item, in stock at the competitor, same size, color, etc.
- Authorized retailerThe lower price must be from an authorized retailer.
- Ships to youThe competitor must be able to ship the item to your location.
- Brand new, tags attachedNew condition with all tags attached.
- From the buyerRequests come directly from the person who made or is making the purchase.
We won’t match
- Clearance or final-sale itemsWe will not honor that competitor price.
- Not in stock or not identicalA different size, color or style does not qualify.
- At our discretionWe reserve the right to deny the low price guarantee at any time.

Here at FR Depot we pride ourselves on giving the best customer service and prices. If you find an authorized retailer with an item (EXACT) at a lower price than ours, we will gladly beat it if it meets our terms and conditions.
Price Match items must be available from competitor to ship to customer’s location. We will only honor requests submitted directly from the person who made the purchase or is making the purchase. The competitor must have the identical item in stock ex. ( size, color, etc.) The item must be in brand new condition with all tags attached. If an item is in clearance or final sale, we will not honor their price. We reserve the right to deny the low price guarantee at any time.
