Received my sweater and the embroidery was wrong. Emailed customer service and they said they would send me a box to ship it back and embroider it correctly. Never received it. I'd like my money back.

FR Depot has great prices and service. I’ve made a couple orders from them and had embroidery done. They always giv me a call and verify the embroidery. Orders are delivered quicker than expected. I would recommend buying from them, I will again.

Very happy with the sweatshirt. We have ordered several in the past and they have all been great. I ripped a whole in mine so decided to get a new one. Delivery was quick especially considering the logo being added. My only complaint is that I had responded to a deal concerning a coupon for liking the facebook page. I never seem to have received the coupon. I would still have ordered the shirt and will continue to purchase more items but the coupon process seems flawed and annoying.

I am always on the lookout for FR clothing that is reasonably priced, as I work in the oil and gas industry. The material has to be durable, lightweight, comfortable, and have the right fit. This hoodie fulfills all of those needs, as this is the third time I have purchased this particular item from FR Depot. As long as this hoodie stays reasonably priced and for sale with FR Depot, I will continue to purchase it every few years, as it takes me about that long to run its course. If you are on the fence about getting this one, make the jump. It will be a purchase you will not regret. Also, order the normal size jacket you wear, as it fits comfortably over your FR shirt or other layers of clothing you wear underneath it.
