    Love the jackets! They do run larger than typical Carhartt jackets. Do not size up to be able to layer or you’ll be swallowed whole by it!

    I ordered a jacket with my last name on the left side. the jacket arrived with no name. i reviewed my receipt before reaching out and my receipt in fact showed that my order included embroidered last name. the agent i spoke with on the phone was very unhelpful. stated that customers make this mistake all of the time . i suggested that if this is a regular issue thy have, maybe the system should be made more user friendly and not misguiding. she said it was not her department.. i told her if the company was unable to provide better customer service i would return the jacket and do business with someone else. Loosing a customer didnt seem to be a concern to her. i even had to pay shipping to return the item .
