    I initially ordered a different style of pants and even thought the order went through, i was called and told they didn't have them in stock. But the customer service person who called me offered these pants as an alternative. She even offered to personally have them hemmed when I asked for a length she did not have. While this starts as an annoying story, in the end i'd buy from them again and the quality is legit. Plus with such nice customer service, I am confident they will work with me should anything comes up.
