Nice shirt. I think adding 1 more button would prevent gapping. All in all, a very nice shirt’

    Correct shirt/product#, wrong color?

Posted by Jim K. Davis on Aug 30th 2019

I received the shirt in the mail and when it came I noticed that it was not the right color. I then contacted your customer service and the lady told me that the shirt was correct, but the color/dye lots had changed, and had been changed for over a year. My concern is, you didn't think it might be a good idea to change the picture on your website to show the new "dye lot" color (I actually don't feel that is correct either due to the fact that the Ariat emblem on the pocket wasn't in the same location as it showed in the picture, which tells me that yall sold the shirt as one thing and sent something completely different in the hopes that the customer wouldn't notice and return it). I really feel like the shirt on your website is a much more appealing color and I'm guessing it was quite popular, I think its only ethical to change the picture on your website as to not bait and switch the customer like I was.. very unethical.. just a thought from a paying ("would be" returning) customer.
